Scenic Colorado - At the Cottonwood Lake Turnoff (March 2006)

I realize this isn't an extensive pictorial,
but I was due to show something! A few days ago, I stopped at the turnoff for
Cottonwood Lake, which is inside Spring Canyon,
an adjacent canyon to Cottonwood Canyon to the south. |

At this junction, you'll have
a really nice view of the southern peaks that stand in front of the Mt. Princeton summit. |

Looking west down Chaffee County Road
306 (which leads to Cottonwood Pass), you'll get a view of Mt. Yale's summit. |
