The Coyote Cantina In Johnson Village, Colorado

Coyote Cantina The Coyote Cantina is a cozy Tex-Mex restaurant and bar that offers really fantastic Mexican dining. They are located located in Johnson Village near the intersection of Highway 24 and 285, just two miles south of Buena Vista. It is situated directly across from the Gunsmoke Truck Stop. The Coyote Cantina is the "webmaster's choice" when you're looking for good food at decent prizes and no, I was not paid to write that! :p)
Chips and Salsa July 14, 2006 - Today I had friends in town after having some fun (including a snowball fight) at Cottonwood Pass, we enjoyed lunch at the Coyote Cantina. Here's a shot of their complimentary chips and salsa ... It is so good!
Brandi and Darrell Hese are my friends Brandi and Darrell.
I usually order one of their burritos, which I love. The steak guisada burrito with green chili is probably my favorite! In the adjacent photo, I ordered a chicken burrito with nacho cheese. :)
Okay, okay, I became a little goofy with the camera! Everyone at the table said I looked like I had a bass's mouth with my in-action photo eating a tortilla chip. I also snuck a photo of Brandi eating too. ;)
Matt was unusually shy for the camera, but I got a nice shot of some of the remaining food on the table!
